Hi everyone!
Thanks for your wonderful support! We are excited and delighted to see so many folks jumping aboard Nordic Monsters, and we want to send a special shout-out to seravin as backer #350 and to Francis R, whose pledge pushed us across the $15,000 mark and unlocked ANOTHER stretch goal, adding the Rune Jotun and the Glacier Troll to this beautiful bestiary! Each time another stretch goal lands, this killer creature collection gets even better for everyone!
Next up, we add two more of the illhveli, the demon-whales of Iceland, and as we have been watching progress and anticipating success we are pleased to report that we've already gotten one of the art pieces back for this goal with the sinister sverðhvalur by Herman Lau!That's not just a dorsal fin; it's a ship-wrecking saber-spike that will leave your heroes afraid to even LOOK at the water! I already know that next stretch goal is in the bag, so let's go out there and GET IT!

We've got a special shout-out for David V., because his pledge was the one that pushed us over the line to $10,000, which unlocked our first Stretch Goal! This bestiary contains a number of linnorms, serpentine Nordic dragons with roots in the raw nature of the Fey Realms, and we've added two more terrifying linnorms to this book with the river-hunting gare linnorm and the titanic two-headed tarn linnorm! Check out the artwork for the latter from the amazing Arrahman Rendi!
Buckle up for our next stretch goal at $15,000, where we'll be adding a new jotun and troll to the book, with more bonus monsters to come!
